One of your colleagues keeps making unwanted physical contact, like touching people’s shoulder or back, even after being asked to stop. They say they’re just being "friendly" or "playful." What would you do?
a) Say you don’t think it’s very friendly to keep doing something after being asked to stop.
b) Remind them of workplace policies which prohibit inappropriate touching.
c) Check in with the person being touched and ask if they want you to support them to make it stop.
d) Nothing, they do it to you as well and you don’t care.
